A dream apartment :) big, comfort, the bedrooms were big with a really comfy beds, Kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. We came with a car and it was great that the apartment has a private parking and we didn't need to search for parking. location is good, walking distance to the promenade, the zoo and main Anexartisias street. Hosts were excellent and assisted promptly with anything we needed. I almost forgot - the balcony! wow so lovely decorated with a great view. Would love to come again :)

We stayed at The Penthouse for 10 days for a family funeral, and I cannot express enough how much this beautiful space helped ease our stay. While the exterior of the building might not prepare you for what’s inside, the apartment itself is stunning, spacious (perfect for our group of five), and incredibly well-thought-out. ​The "Little Touches" That Mattered: It is rare to find a host who anticipates every need, but Andreas certainly did. We were greeted with: ​Essentials: Tea, coffee, honey, jams, and even a bottle of wine. ​Practicality: They provided foil, sandwich bags, plenty of toilet paper, and all the cleaning products needed to keep the place tidy. ​Luxury: Lovely bathroom products, plush towels, and bathrobes were all provided. ​The Space & Location: The balcony is absolutely beautiful, especially at night with the decorative fairy lights—it created such a peaceful atmosphere. The location is great; while the Old Town and Marina are a bit of a walk, it is completely achievable on foot. There are also several cute spots to eat nearby if you don’t feel like venturing far. ​The Host & Service: Andreas was an exceptional host. On our first day, our taxi dropped us at the wrong location, and Andreas was incredibly helpful in directing us and responding quickly to any questions we had. He even went above and beyond on our final day—I had a meeting scheduled for the day of checkout, and Andreas was kind enough to let me stay a little longer in the apartment. This was a massive help and took so much pressure off my schedule. A Note for Drivers: There is on-site parking, which is a massive plus! Just a heads-up that the parking area is quite narrow, so you’ll need some good driving skills to navigate it, but having a dedicated spot is well worth it. ​Verdict: This wasn't just a rental; it felt like a home. After staying in other accommodations that felt basic, The Penthouse was a breath of fresh air. It is safe, clean, and perfectly managed.

We were 6 girls staying at this apartment, and it was absolutely perfect for our trip! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully arranged everything was. There was more than enough room for all of us to feel comfortable, and the apartment had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that we instantly felt at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and stress-free. The location was also excellent — convenient, safe, and close to everything we wanted. The hostess was amazing. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and fast, and she made sure we had all the information we needed. Her hospitality and positive attitude really stood out and made a big difference in our overall experience. We highly recommend this apartment 100% and would absolutely choose it again for future trips. It was the perfect place for our group, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
