The Regent Guesthouse

I had a really positive experience! My room was perfect, there's enough space between rooms to have a really private stay except from the shared bathrooms. Common spaces have been cleaned daily. Access is easy, safe and flexible and close to public transport.

Nothing bad to say.

The property location was close to two train/metro stations (Redfern closest) which were easy to access. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen facilities met my need. There are two bathrooms available for use. Travel to/from the airport is easily possible using the trains (one change required). The owner was very accommodating and responsive when messaged.

The only thing missing for me was a washing machine facilities. There is however a laundromat a little further down the road if required so it wasn't a major issue.

The location was great, lots of cafes and restaurants near by as well as easy access to transit systems. It's a quiet facility, even though other guests were there you barely noticed. Having access to a dryer was nice. The host was helpful when contacted. The rooms were clean and I did feel very safe at this facility. For us this was a very affordable accomodation in a convenient area

The ad itself was a bit misleading, for example you can leave your bags at the facility but it's just in a shared space where no one would notice if they went missing. I had also expected a little more in terms of breakfast and beverages. From what I saw it was mostly shared condiments available and frozen bread. Maybe I misinterpreted but I had expected more options like muffins or something. Also there should be a warning about the stairs. One set of stairs to access the building and then if you are on the top floor it's another three sets of stairs. It's entirely doable but if you have any kind of mobility issues this could be a challenge.

这家店真的太棒了，它位于Redfern距离Central只有一站，房子的干净程度我觉得真的很夸张，房东几乎明天都在打扫，房间没有一点异味，顶楼的公共浴室干净到不可思议，你能看见在我拍的照片里浴室中的那面玻璃上没有一点水渍，经常打扫卫生的人应该知道这面玻璃如果有水渍是有多难擦，这家店在这个地段这个价格这个干净程度，真的没什么可抱怨的，如果你只是路过悉尼或者一两个人简单旅行那真的非常适合你。

对于这个价格 我觉得应该足够了 没什么缺点了
