Guesthouse Mulberry Kagoshima- Vacation STAY 50746v

We liked that we had the whole appartment for ourselves and that it was clean. There are several spaces to dry your clothes. We had what we paid for. We didn't use the parking space but I appreciate the possibility should we have needed it. Despite the location being far from a lot of places of interest, there is a breakfast restaurant 2min away that is absolutely wonderful !

There were several issues with the instructions : . At check-in and only after providing sensitive infos by email (this really needs to be improved for cybersecurity reasons !), we received the check-in instructions in Japanese. Thankfully gmail can translate to English. . We had to look up the instructions for the washing machine as everything is in Japanese. . The wifi access is not written on the instructions provided, it's directly on the routeur. . After a cold shower, we realised that the water heater was turned off and that we had to turn it on. It wasn't instructed. Overall, more written instructions in English would be appreciated so foreigners wouldn't struggle. Also, we didn't notice at booking (Booking.com indicated that it was a good location), but the location is not ideal as not close to any easy transportation and we had to walk at least for 20min to most of our destinations.

L’appartement contient tout ce dont nous avons besoin pour cuisiner, laver et sécher son linge. Très bien situé c’était parfait ! ++ le parking privé gratuit
