Calm and cozy 2 bedroom apartment in Flic en Flac

Someone was there to show us the place. The bedrooms are a good size, and the living room and kitchen are modern. Having a TV there was very nice too, so we enjoyed watching some movies. The place is not too far from the beach, we had to walk 20 minutes to get there, but it was fine.

The bathroom had an awful smell when we closed the window, but bugs would come in all the time if we kept it opened. The shower was not the cleanest either. While the rest of the apartment was spotless, the bathroom needed some more work to be clean. Also, the apartment needs some more guidance such as wifi information, or how to use the shower. We had to call the owner to know these things because it was not given. We also wish the owner had not insisted so much on making us pay the tourist tax, especially because it was not advertised on his booking. The booking shows all tax included in the total price. PLUS, we mentioned that we are NOT tourists, but locals from Mauritius. We waited for him to come meet us to check our papers but he never came.

Appartement entièrement neuf avec beaucoup d’espace, très bien placé à quelques mètres de la plage et des restaurants.

Appartement neuf mais manquait d’équipements comme des bols par exemple. Il y a eu un souci au niveau de l’eau chaude, celle-ci étaient disponible que quelques minutes pour une douche seulement, ensuite c’était de l’eau froide. Communication difficile avec le propriétaire, que ce soit sur booking ou sur place, difficultés à obtenir le code wifi par message car celui-ci n’était pas écrit dans l’appartement. Présence de vélos mais ceux-ci étaient finalement complètement dégonflés, dommage.
