Avrei voluto una migliore assistenza nella accoglienza: lo scaldabagno era spento, non sono riuscita a fare funzionare il piano cottura non c’era neanche una bottiglia d’acqua in frigorifero

La posizione dell'appartamento era vicina alla casa dei nostri amici, come posizione generale è abbastanza vicina al centro. Il lucernario in bagno era stupendo e le dimensioni accettabilissime per una o più giornate di vacanza.

I arrived quite late because of multiple flight changes so it was super convenient not to wait for someone to get the keys and check in. The instructions to get the key were super clear and the host was responsive even though it was late. They were super understanding of my situation. The apartment itself is really beautiful and super clean. The bathroom is spacious and the sky light makes it bright. The sliding closet has plenty of storage for everything so you can really settle into the apartment giving it a really homely feel. It was slightly cold when I stayed but the heating system was excellent! Even though there is a balcony the apartment is very well insulated so I only needed to use the heating sparingly. It was quite warm and cozy most of the time. The balcony is lovely to have a cup of coffee or just have a bit of ventilation in the room. The TV pairs with everything so I could even get in a workout from youtube. Very close to a tram stop so it was super easy to get into central Milan near the Duomo and other parts of the city. I was mainly going to SDA Bocconi for my course and it's a lovely walk to the university through a park. Very convenient locations no matter where you need to go. I forgot the graduation book for a friend at the apartment and the manager very kindly got it and agreed to courier it to her. All in all it was the perfect stay!

Very very small thing but the street door opens with a link to a website where you enter a code. I had to try quite a few times for the website link to open.
