When we arrived at the hotel. Hotel did not have electricity at the time we check in. No electricity until 6:30 pm and no WiFi until next day. Hotel did not have working phone in the room. Spiderwebs on our bed headboard. We cannot go out into the balcony they put a padlock on it. Their reasoning were, for child safety kids. So, we were not able to go outside on the balcony to enjoy fresh air watch sunrise and sunset have morning coffee on the balcony watching the sunrise. It was very disappointing of our expectations of online review. Very inconvenience when we need anything we have to come down to the front desk for any service needed. Because we do not have phone service in our room. I expressed my frustration to the front desk staffers.. there is nothing they can do to make our stay any easier. And is not their fault.. they were nice and friendly. All I can say to future traveler.. don’t believe everything you read on review of the hotel. I felt cheated out of my whole experience staying there.
