Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, ogólne pierwsze wrażenie bardzo dobre, super lokalizacja i dobra cena. Podziemny parking.
Brak sprawnej klimatyzacji, pomimo zgłoszenia problemu nie została naprawiona. Obiecanej zniżki z tego tytułu nie otrzymaliśmy. Bardzo słabo wyposażona kuchnia, woda w zlewie = wrzątek. Recepcja (w innej części miasta) odpowiada na wiadomości po 12u godzinach, w sposób ogólnikowy. Drzwi do sypialni niedomykajace się przez listwę progową. Budynek w trakcie budowy, wewnątrz wykończony z zewnątrz dużo brakuje. Pomimo to lokalizacja rekompensuje ten mankament.
