Туркестан VIP КАРАВАН

Отличное место для проживания! Очень уютные и чистые апартаменты) Большой зал с большим ТВ, две спальни, кровати удобные, чистая постель, достаточно полотенец. Санузел раздельный, большая душевая кабинка. В кухне есть все необходимое) Вид из окна на зеленую лужайку и вечерний закат) Удобное расположение, совсем рядом все достопримечательности и Караван Сарай, тихий и спокойным район. Такси подъезжает прямо к подъезду. Спасибо огромное за гостеприимство! Нам было очень комфортно, хочется вернуться еще)

I chose "Turkestan VIP Caravan", for its location, only 700m from old town (Musalla Gate), 100m from bus 15 stop and also 100m from HALYQ huge 24/7 supermarlet. It looks like the photos and feels luxurious. The living room is especially large, with a comfortable sofa. When I requested 2 small things, the owner brought them over soon after. The shower was especially luxurious.

The communication was poor, and at first the owner took 12-14 hours to answer simple questions, before my arrival. He knew my exact train times, and still he didn't answer me, when I updated him twice that I am on my way. The entry instructions where only sent AFTER I already arrived to the flat, and the owner made me wait an extra 15 minutes In the heat, before they arrived. There is no air-conditioning in the main bedroom. There are 3 Air-Con available: in the kitchen, the living room and the small bed room (with 2 single beds). For me, that was uncomfortable. The thermostat in the fridge doesn't seem to work - so that the food either almost freezes, or its off. Not a huge problem - but good to know... Also, the balcony door and small bedroom window are very difficult to close. All these small things make it only 4 stars.
