Pyoseon Mansion

There place is clean, spacious and equipped with the items you needed for stay- toiletries, shampoo, soaps and conditioners that smells good and refreshing, welcome snacks, clean towels ample quantity for use for duration of stay. Bed is really comfortable. Staff brief you before, during and kept in touch to check how your stay was and accommodate you should you be needing more assistance.

Perhaps more light at the back entrance during night time. We arrived night time, and the room we occupied has entrance at the back. Some rooms are located at the front entrance with ample of lights.😊 Other than that were good

The check-in process was easy: we got a message on booking.com from the host with all the information we needed, including the door code to our room. From the amenities to the communication from the host, you can tell that the host is really trying to create a positive experience and be there for anything the guest needs.

Overall, we expected Jeju to feel a little more tropical and had hoped the room’s balcony would offer a nicer view. However, our room was on the ground floor and looked out onto the parking lot. We also struggled with the humidity in the room. Since the back door opened directly onto the parking lot, we did not feel comfortable leaving it open for long, and the room became humid enough that some of our books started to curl. We raised this with the host, and they did try to help, though it may be difficult to solve the island’s naturally humid climate.

It was very calming, easy to find and staff was super friendly & helpful!

Our shower head was not working properly so taking a shower was a bit hard!

Decent place, staff brilliant, quiet location, comfortable and great value for money. And it was super clean apart from one thing

There was quite a bit of mould in the bathroom. I won’t count this against the cleanliness as it is really hard to remove I know and this is a busy place. Everything else was really super clean
