The location is fantastic, close to the train station, walking distance to pretty much everything. You've got konbinis, Daiso, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops super close all around. Despite being in an arcade, it was surprisingly quiet most of the time. Instructions on how to get in were clear, Wifi worked great. The hosts usually responded to our messages pretty quickly.

It's a VERY small space, which we knew going in, but I would say it's best for 2 people max. There were 3 of us with luggage and it was a tight squeeze, 4 would have been impossible. There's no natural light (at least on the 2nd floor, the window opened to the back of the arcade wall) and it wasn't amazingly clean. There is a washing machine but no instructions (everything on the machine is written in Japanese) and the drying rack has about 4 rungs to hang things on. Would recommend going to a nearby laundromat. The kitchen only has a microwave, mini-fridge, an electric kettle and two mugs so there's no actual cooking happening. But overall, for what it costs (and compared to other rental costs in the area), it gets the job done if you're planning to be out and about most of the time and just need a place to sleep.

WiFi was very poor, there were no curtains or blinds on the window so it was full daylight at 4.30am, there were no cups, plates or cooking utensils in the kitchenette, there were only 5 clothes hangers for up to 5 people.
