The George 316 an Art Deco Escape

Kitchen is new and well stocked with utensils. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean and soft. Big TV and plenty of room for two.

We did not get check-in information. Assumed it was staffed. Got there and could not get in. Directory provides a "Better call Saul" message which would have been funny if we were able to get in. Fortunately, another guest came and gave us the coding system. When we were able to call the host, they answered right away and sent us all the info they should have sent to start. Loud banging from the radiators in the morning. Yes, it has real hot water heat. Only one tiny A/C in bedroom. I would not want to stay here in the summer.

The apartment is very cute and clean and easy to use. Great value for the price. I think we ended up thinkng that Klamath Falls was a bit on the run down side, that said we had a great dinner at the brewery right down the block with very friendly people.

We were not sent the text to get into the place which was frustrating but the host was awesome on the phone and walked us through getting into the place and then sent the text with all the info. The halls smelled like smoke and were sort of funky. There were some shady characters about in the parking lot which made us worry a bit about our car, which was totally fine the next day.

Cute and clean. Location to downtown Klamath was great. Walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants. Car parking was easy and lots of things to see while you stroll around the town.

Not the host's fault but the building has these automated smelling sprays throughout all the hallways. They spray way too much and give an over powering smell you can taste in the air. It's unpleasant to walk in the building's hallways and it creeps into the room. If the smelling spray things in the hallway weren't so overpowering I would give a higher review.
