The apartment was in a good location, just a short walk from Liberdade (the Japanese district), with many shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. Although the street itself was quite dirty, it only took a few minutes to reach much nicer areas. The apartment was comfortable, and the balcony and city views were great. The building also had excellent facilities, including a gym, a rooftop terrace with beautiful views, and a shared washing machine and dryer that worked very well. Communication with the host was excellent, and he always responded quickly via WhatsApp.

The street where the apartment is located was quite dirty, with a lot of trash and many homeless people. Inside the apartment there were a few ants on the first day, but this was quickly resolved with insect spray and we did not see any more for the rest of our stay. The biggest issue was the bathroom. The toilet was constantly clogged and did not flush properly, even after trying to unblock it. The toilet seat was also loose and crooked. The shower was difficult to use because hot water was only warm when the water pressure was very low. As soon as the water flow was increased, it became cold. There was also no hot water in the kitchen.
