Curățenia, echipamente noi și de calitate, terasa, in fapt totul.
Deși locația e bună, ești total dependent de mașină, pentru care ai și parcare gratuită sub clădire .

It's a beautiful modern very clean apartment with a huge balcony to sit on with ocean views. We were welcomed with biscuits, fruit juice, coffee pods and filtered water on tap. In a very quiet location with the Jumbo cheap store across the road if you need anything. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, kettle and coffee machine and the huge TV lounge area a welcome comfort after travelling for over 6 months
We didn't have a car so we had to catch buses everywhere because it's in between Larnaca Town centre and whatever is North. Great if you have a car or don't mind busing everywhere. Though close to the beach with ocean views from one end of the balcony you are looking at an empty lot which didn't bother us because we liked the unit so much.
