Villa Nunzia

**English** Villa Nunzia was the perfect base for our family trip to Ostuni. The property was spotless, and the location couldn't be better: an easy 5-minute walk to the old town, with ample parking on site. The different living areas gave our family of six plenty of room to spread out and relax without being on top of each other. The hosts were wonderful: highly attentive, quick to respond to any request, and always communicative and accommodating. Villa Nunzia is a real gem when it comes to location. We took day trips to Matera, Alberobello, Bari, Lecce, and Polignano a Mare with ease, and the train station is just a 7-minute drive away. The rooms were cool and clean, the washing machine was a huge help over our week-long stay, and the pool was the perfect place to cool off after a day of exploring. We would definitely stay again. **Italiano** Villa Nunzia è stata la base perfetta per il nostro viaggio in famiglia a Ostuni. La proprietà era impeccabile e la posizione non poteva essere migliore: a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, con ampio parcheggio disponibile. Le diverse aree della villa hanno permesso alla nostra famiglia di sei persone di rilassarsi con tutto lo spazio necessario, senza stare una addosso all'altra. Gli host sono stati meravigliosi: molto attenti, pronti a rispondere a ogni esigenza, sempre disponibili e comunicativi. Villa Nunzia è un vero gioiello per quanto riguarda la posizione. Abbiamo fatto gite giornaliere a Matera, Alberobello, Bari, Lecce e Polignano a Mare senza problemi, e la stazione dei treni è a soli 7 minuti di auto. Le stanze erano fresche e pulite, la lavatrice ci ha semplificato la vita durante la settimana di soggiorno, e la piscina è stata un piacevole modo per rinfrescarsi. Ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Additional keys upon arrival would have been useful, however this was easily and quickly resolved with further sets provided.

We LOVED Villa Nunzia! We stayed here 3 nights and wish we had more time here to enjoy lounging at the beautiful property. It was in a great location-quiet area about a 10 minute walk from the heart of Ostuni with stunning views of the city from the property. Lovely pool, huge outdoor space, large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wonderful host and her daughter met us at check in and check out and were extremely responsive via WhatsApp with any questions we had! Amazing value for the price. We will definitely be back!

Molto Accogliente

Läget var fantastisk, med utsikt över havet och den gamla staden som också var på en lätt promenadsavstånd. Läget bra också för utflykter med bil till många sevärdheter.
