Convenient little self catering unit. Suited my family of 3 in a safe complex. Clean and had everything we needed. Near Eden in the bay, very convenient. Host agent Karen took care of queries promptly and was there to meet us on arrival and departure.
Agency Host took payment directly, it was not made via booking.com. We were alarmed but it turned out to be fine so do not be alarmed when your card gets declined on booking.com, it’s the hosts way of overriding the request to pay via booking.com.
There was a smell in the apartment from the time we got there. The agent did come around to tend to the drains, however the smell kept lingering on during our 5 day stay. Mould smell in one of the cupboards, agent has been made aware.
Felt it was overpriced for winter.
