Lokalizacja Wszędzie jest blisko i mieszkanie jest też dobrze urządzone
Czystość widać że mieszkanie jest sprzątane powierzchownie brudne fronty szafek i lodówki Rzucają się w oczy widać że brakuje takiego też serwisu naprawczego Moim zdaniem Myślę że Zarządca powinien oto zadbać odstające gniazdka czy też napuchnięcie futryny na dole w łazience

Stosunkowo blisko centrum
Dojazd według nawigacji utrudniony bo nawigacja szaleje. Sam apartament nie jest zbyt czysty, deska sedesowa wygląda komicznie bo nie jest od kompletu. Futryna w łazience napęczniała od wody i wygląda okropnie, prysznic typu Walk in jest złym pomysłem bo przy każdej kąpieli w łazience jest sporo wody, brak jakiejkolwiek ściągaczki aby wodę z prysznica ściągnąć. Słuchawka prysznicowa okropna raczej zamieniona w środku a deszczownica jest tak zamieniona, że woda nie leci wcale. Brak szczotki aby coś zmieść. W apartamencie mogą mieszkać 4 osoby a krzeseł jest tylko dla 3 a czajnik przydałoby się zmienić bo też jest zakamieniony.
