Location was good for Wembley, but local area generally felt a little unsafe.
Property itself was gated which was reassuring.
Room was nice and clean and had everything we needed.
Entrance locks were broken on arrival so unable to access property. Maintenance man was on site but did not speak English so was unable to tell us the issue or how long it would take to resolve. Called the number on the booking to try and get an estimate of how long it would take and were told it would take as long as it takes. Asked about luggage store as we were in a rush and we're basically told it was not their problem. Asked for them to call me back with an update and never heard from them again.
Room was too hot
Blinds were twisted so did not close properly and were too thin to keep any light out.
