We received a fantastic upgrade to a very luxurious deluxe room with a jacuzzi. We were absolutely thrilled—not just with the upgrade itself, but because the room is genuinely beautiful, wonderful to stay in, and designed with great taste! They also kindly provided the extra pillows we had requested in advance.
When we arrived on time for check-in, the place was locked. A housekeeper let us in, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in. Also, the shower was a bit wet when we walked in, and there was no body wash. Lastly, they promised to bring us coffee capsules for the machine but never did, which was disappointing.

Great location, 3 mins walk to the bus/train station, the Sea Garden, the main pedestrian street. Quiet location, easy to find. It's in a nice house, all rentals. The studio looked very nice, well furnished with everything you would need - a kitchenette, storage, super comfy bed, toiletries in the bathroom. Easy check-in with a keys box. I would definitely book again.
