Location on the water was top tier. The view of the resevoir is unbeaten. The location is very new to a very good local restaurant with authentic Georgian food.
The bathroom is a complete wetroom that has very slow drainage. This meant usage required us to walk through water to the sink, toilet, etc.

the location is amazing, very quiet, beautiful and special experience
The where problem in the shower, we couldn't have a dissent shower, the boiler had a problem, the owner tried to help, but eventually I washed myself using the sink. the water was extremely worm and by second, they were very cold. and the water on the shower floor was standing and not sinking
