Casa Cucunci

Appartamento al 138, quello al piano inferiore. Bellissimo: piccolo, ordinato, molto pulito. Arredato con molto gusto. Dotato di tutto ciò che può servire (noi ci siamo stati 10 gg). Bella e comoda la terrazzina coperta, dove la sera si può anche stendere due panni o ci si può rilassare a leggere. Nessun problema con l'acqua, la pressione è ottima e la doccia proprio rigenerante dopo una giornata di sole. La casa è sempre fresca, nn abbiamo praticamente usato il condizionatore, costruita in parte nella pietra e nella roccia: elementi naturali che apprezziamo molto. Comoda in Modica alta, facile il parcheggio a pochi minuti a piedi. Da Modica si raggiungono facilmente le spiagge e tutte le principali città del barocco. E Modica è stupenda: uscendo da casa è bellissimo la sera fermarsi sui gradini di ingresso a contemplare il panorama della città che si illumina. Sabrina, l'host, è davvero una bella persona: simpatica, attenta, sempre disponibile. Davvero consigliata, speriamo di tornarci.

The location was perfect! It was not super touristy but local to all areas by foot. The apartment was super clean and comfy. There is also an outside area for lounging. You can open the shutters of the living/kitchen door to see the view of Modica. Our host was super sweet! She greeted us and ensured we got in okay. Unfortunately, we had to change our plans the day of as we got stuck due to Mt Etna erupting but she sent us everything we needed to know on how to get to Modica.

I thought we booked a room with a Terrance but the apartment ended up being pleasant anyways!

We had such an amazing time at Sabrina's apartment. Sabrina is the most comforting host, picking us up and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is completely new, with a terrace that has sun all day and looks over beautiful Modica. Thank you again 🫶

Amazing place, we had a wonderful terrace with a great view. The host was very helpful meeting us and taking us to the apartment. Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. Lots of nice touches with everything we needed. Loved it! Thank you x
