La Parenthèse océane, avec balcon et parking

Great base if you want to explore the area around Limoges. Parking was easy (though tight if you have a larger vehicle). The apartment is spacious and works well for a family. The kitchen is great if you like to cook meals while on holiday as we do. It’s not too far to walk into historical Limoges but quiet as it’s away from the hustle. The lift is great to bring heavy bags up and down as it is on the 5th floor. The owner is great with communication and everything was there that you may need. We even had snow our last night!

While all the instructions were clear for getting into the apartment and building, the door to get out was confusing. When you exit the lift or walk down the stairs, the porte button doesn’t work. You need to pull on a white plastic latch to release the door. Has nothing to do with the actual apartment, and possibly the apartment building will fix it soon.

Agencement, emplacement, chauffage de qualité, décoration, garage privatif ,étage élevé avec vue dégagée

Réglage du robinet thermostatique de la douche quasi bloqué sur une température trop chaude, verrous des sanitaires très durs, (heureusement il y a une pince multiprise sur place), peu de vaisselle, petits bols, literie un peu ferme.

Emplacement calme

Durant notre week end la rue rue était interdite au stationnement suite à des travaux.
