Localização, conforto do quarto e café da manhã.
O Hotel ainda esta em fase de implantação, não funciona o Restaurante , a Academia, etc. O Chuveiro tá com problema, a agua sai em jatos pausados, alterando a temperatura. O box não esta bem vedado, gerando vazamento no banheiro.

Location
Staff is absolutely terrible, not trained to a “4 star” property! I’ve received a note with another guest name, for instance! No upgrade at all(nearly empty hotel)! That, in my point of view, is utterly unacceptable!
