The location was good. Quick journey to the centre and loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Bed sheets and towels were clean.
The property was far from the elegant and upscale experience that was advertised. The floorboards were uneven and poorly installed, causing them to creak loudly with every step. There was an unpleasant odor throughout the rooms, and the apartment was uncomfortably cold as the radiators were not functioning (which they tried to help us with but nothing of the instructions worked). The shower was covered in rust, with rust-colored stains across the tiles, and the kitchen tap was falling apart, further highlighting the poor condition of the property.
