Close to everything. Extremely clean. Host were so thoughtful, left us snacks, coffee, water. Everything we needed was there.
Tv needs to be higher up, hard to watch in bed. And maybe put a seal around the door so bugs can’t get in.

The host added many extras - an EV charger, outside shower to get any sand off, snacks, waters, coffee, fan, clothes steamer, toiletries, and (thankfully) AC. Everything was brand new and super clean. Very colorful inside. The walk to the apartment is well lit with automatic lights to guide your way. It's a really nice basement apartment and has a window for natural light. Great location near Falmouth's many restaurants and shops.
The bathroom pump makes noise, a possible issue with visits in the middle of the night. The window shade lets natural light in, but I prefer blackout shades to let me sleep in.

This place is quiet, fenced in, with a huge yard but opening the door to find the gem of an apartment. I won't go anywhere else. The cleanliness is next to none. Sunshine Beautiful is an amazing room that has a rounded shower, laundry in the room, beautiful furniture, a cold fridge, waters in and out of the fridge, a coffee maker, and a magnificently comfortable couch. Thank you very much, Sunshine Beautiful🙏
It's 3 miles from the house I've been renting for months now. This house was bought, being renovated during our 30 days to leave notice that we got last week. The water is shut off, and I needed a shower in the worst way. I was incredibly surprised and happy right away. **a pool would be incredible ** But, Sunshine Beautiful is amazingly clean, what a fantastic stay for surprisingly a great price ( even without the pool 😉 ). I live on this sandbat called Cape Cod. There is no lack of water.
