We have stayed in many properties around Gran Alacant over the years. Villa Joan is one of the best. It is clean ,comfortable and furnished well , a nice open plan kitchen and lounge with all the facilities you need. The 3 bedrooms were ideal for our family of 6. A bonus was the downstairs bedroom and a shower room .We spent most of the time outdoors in the lovely large shaded wooden extension off the kitchen . A nice big dining table for 6 and the bonus of a great bbq and washing up area. The swimming pool was absolutely fabulous ,our 2 grandchildren spent many hours in it having great fun. There is plenty sun loungers for the less active to laze the days away. There was also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water which we found useful. Villa Joan sits on a large quiet corner plot , but only a few minutes walk from the many facilities of the GA centre with its many restaurants and shops. It was ideal for us ,as one of our party is disabled and can't walk too far. We would recommend this property for families. The agent Novadesta who we dealt with for the key pick up are helpful and polite. They are very efficient and answered our inquiries promptly .
