Firstly, the proximity to the expressway makes it easier to navigate from Ibadan.
Secondly, I can hear the sound of aircraft indicating it's proximity to the Murtala Airport in Ikeja.
Thirdly, it's a few minutes drive from the Apapa Wharf and Èbúté Metta train station.
Overall it's a strategic location for any traveler who wish to spend some nights. Lest I forget to add that the staffs are respectful and professional.

Breakfast ordered was fine.
Very loud music noise at night when I arrived. Someone was trying to open my door at about midnight. Only fan in the room, no remote for the air condition in the room. Toilet was leaking water unto the floor in the bathroom.
