Comfortable bed. Washer/dryer was very convenient. Location within china town was very good with multiple subway stations nearby.
The stairs, this is a 6 floor walk up, with no indication in the booking listing. There are broken stairs on the way up. The apartment smelled overwhelmingly of damp and dirty washing due to wet towels and bedding left hanging in the bedroom wardrobe. The apartment is subsiding and none of the floors are level. The pictures of the apartment are not an accurate reflection of its current state.

El apartamento esta bien equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unos cuantos días en NY. En general, es cómodo y se está bien. El colchón es mejorable, pero se podía dormir. Los electrodomésticos, la tv y el agua caliente funcionan a la perfección. La ubicación es ideal: metro cerca que te lleva a prácticamente a todos los puntos claves, supermercados y restaurantes cerca y otros puntos de interés de NY cerca para ir caminando. El personal atento y enseguida contestaban a mis preguntas.
Las escaleras (aunque ya sabíamos que no tenia ascensor). El apartamento no esta recto, esta ligeramente inclinado. La cafetera, sería mejor tener una cafetera americana o tipo nespresso. Las basuras en el primer piso del edificio no es muy agradable.

Location was great, easy access to midtown and most of everywhere else. Has a kitchen with washer and dryer. Apartment was comfortable as well. All in all a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. My new manhattan go to stay. Property was very gracious in letting me check in a bit early too.
Yes the 6 flights of stairs can be tedious but it helps with getting those 10k steps in.

Convenient location comfortable house
Not that much of a struggle if you’re young but the six floor staircase would be more challenging for older people
