Paraíso de Pêra

El alojamiento era muy bonito. La ubicación excelente.

Había muchas hormigas y que solicitamos una cuna para un bebé de 1 año, nos dijeron que tenían y no fue verdad. Tuvimos que dormir con el bebé y no pudimos descansar prácticamente nada.

Apartament na 8 piętrze z tarasem od wschodu. Popołudniami na tarasie wytchnienie od upału 😃. Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem w tym obiekcie. Dla 4 osób to świetne miejsce. Podobała się nam czystość i przestronność obiektu. Co prawda budynek jest już stary, ale apartament jest niedawno odświeżony i robi naprawdę wrażenie 😃. Plaża jest blisko apartamentu, ale woleliśmy jeździć trochę dalej w stronę Pera, gdzie nie było zabudowań tylko wydmy. Rewelacyjna plaża! Pozdrowienia dla Pana Louisa. Bardzo sympatyczny i sprawny check in i check out.

- bardzo dużo mrówek w kuchni ( to pewnie problem całego bloku) - hałas z pobliskiej budowy, ale wstawaliśmy rano więc nie przeszkadzał nam aż tak - brak zmywarki

If you want to be close to the middle of the city with all pros and cons this is a good place, though there is quite some noise around the house including live singing from Stage with microphone and loudspeakers from the Pool Park just below The terrace is nice, the outdoor shower is nice. Very good: the people from „HappyNest“ customer service that provide the key and do the trouble shooting, they really made a difference to the positive side of things.

Basically this is an old Appartment complex building though the Appartment itself has been renovated and the furniture is tasteful. The parking underground is convenient but not easy, not much space. There are small ants in one corner of the kitchen, I guess they are everywhwere in the building anyway, when they made it to 8th floor. The Communication with the rental Agency was an absolute desaster, before flying to Portugal we inquired about some details and waited several days for an insufficient answer only in Portuguese language. This got only better after the people from „HappyNest“ took over, they were always fast and reliable. If you arrive later than 19:00 it is possible to be charged an extra service fee.

Excellent apartment, been coming to armacao for 20 years, this is just behind the water dog above the pizza place (which is great), lots of toom for 2, the balcony gets the sun all day and plenty of shade using the canapoy during the hot bits, easy walk to the beach and the front.

There is building work going on at the old garbe/holiday inn and a new hotel being built next door, some far off noise that didn't really disturb us but there is ongoing works. Nothing the property can do. TV could do with being a little bigger and updated, everything else really good.
