Very close to the Lake Toya waterfront, with equipped kitchen and even coffee beans and utensils. Very spacious
Feels unfinished. There’s a large top window next to the entrance that can’t be closed, meaning that once the sun’s out the room is fully lit - so if you’re not an early riser that’s a major issue. There’s are also a lot of passive aggressive notes warning about extra cleaning fees if your trolley’s wheels get on the floor (!!) and some other warnings which come off as unpleasant.

Spacious, bed is comfortable. Shower and A/C is easy to adjust. Have both fridge and microwave. Probably nice for a family/friends of 4.
The kitchen was left dirty and smelly as we arrived. The hotel did not clean the oven and the smells interrupted us all night. We were too exhausted to contact the owner to come clean it so we just clean it ourselves and call it a night. It still really smells bad even after cleaning though. Bad experience.
