Can Cintet 1-2 - Apartamento doble en Besalú

Que el aire acondicionado tenía bastante potencia para mantener todo a buena temperatura a pesar del calor. Que ubiese un aparato de televisión en cada habitación. Que todo en el apartamento se mantenía bastante nuevo y muy limpio

No recuerdo nada que no me gustase. En todo caso hecahba de menos poder cerrar la puerta por dentro sin que se pudiese habría por fuera con el código.

La situacion era perfecta, la entrada increible pues entras por un patio de piedra precioso con historia. El apartamento totalmente reformado con gusto y el espacio para dos personas es perfecto. A parte creo que es genial que funcione con codigo de entrada, pues puedes llegar en el check-in a la hora que venga bien sin problemas para nadie, a parte nunca vas a perder las llaves ni has de estar pendiente de ellas. Lo recomiendo, merece mucho la pena.

Faltan toalleros, porta rollos de wc, el menaje es escaso y falta una escoba con su recogedor y una fregona(indispensable si sucede algo), considero que es un error cuando el apartamento esta reformado muy recientemente e incomoda la utilidad del WC. La tv tiene sistema webOS lo cual cuesta mas entenderlo al no ser android y es un sistema mas pequeño y atrasado lo que genera problemas a la hora de ver algo (acabas poniendo lo primero que consigues poner cuando descansas un rato). Igualmente lo recomiendo porque todo lo demas es excelente.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y contaba con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia cómoda. El wifi funcionaba perfectamente y la ubicación era excelente, muy bien situada para moverse y conocer la zona. En general, una experiencia muy positiva. Repetiríamos sin duda.

The apartment was very clean and is right in the heart of Besalú. The bed was quite comfortable.

What really bothered us is that one night there were other guests entering our apartment because they got wrong instructions and our door code. I know mistakes can happen but we felt very uncomfortable after that. The host told us the door code could not be changed because their IT people were not available over the weekend. So these people had our door code and there was no way for us to lock our apartment from outside or inside. That's why I would not book this apartment again. Apart from that we also had a bad start because we were supposed to pay more tourist tax than it was said on booking.com. We could figure it out fast with the host. Then we were a bit confused because there is a washing machine but no clothing rack or anything to put the wet clothes on. However, the host brought a clothing rack over when we asked for it. I hope it stays in the apartment. Also issues in my eyes: The apartment lacks of detail and love. It's all the same colour and not much light coming in. It's not soundproof. There was no trash can in the bathroom and also no trash can in the kitchen. There was only one big plastic bag to throw all the rubbish in - very inconvenient and no waste seperation possible. Kitchen is very basically equipped - okay for a day or two but not for longer. No bedside lamps.
