Walking distance to ferry terminal and mega mall. Great sea view. Value for money. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, small cooking area.
Slow internet access. Linens are not washed. Charges will apply if linen is soiled. Second bed is small, a tight squeeze for 2 persons. Only 1 key provided and you need it to lock the door from the inside. Also, only one lift keycard provided.

Convenient location behind Harris hotel near batam centre ferry terminal. Batam Megamall is opposite. Great seaview in apartment.
Bedroom Linen had stubborn stains from repeated washing and was also yellowish and the staff tried to assure me in Whatsapp that the linen was cleaned when the guest checks in... If you mind please bring your own disposable bedsheets... Aircon not cold enough even when i have set at the lowest 16 deg C for the living room and 2 bedrooms, which was a big minus.
