Very clean, exceptional lighting, seems recently renovated or built, nice overall look and feel, HVAC and controller worked very well. Kitchen will stocked with tools. Stairs slippery when wet or snowy, was glad to find some salt to spread on.
TV did not work, or at least the remotes did not. One remote did not have batteries, but switching to known good batteries did not work for us either. Only parking spaces for two vehicles. Small clothes washer (limited load sizes possible) and was very noisy.
