Está bem arrumado, equipado e a localização é ótima!! Fiquei muito feliz com a acomodação.
Poderiam melhorar a cortina do banho, pois é muito leve e molha o banheiro todo. E colocar uma cortina no quarto, para ficar mais escuro.

O apartamento é um mimo, bem arrumado, cheiroso, bem funcional. Como fui a trabalho só precisei para banho e dormir, me atendeu perfeitamente.
Não gostei do box do banheiro ser muito pequeno e a cortina grudar no corpo enquanto tomamos banho. Não gostei também da vaga da garagem ser bem atrás de uma coluna, por pouco não consigo sair pq havia outro carro na primeira vaga, dificultou muito pra tirar o carro, não precisei usar os eletrodomésticos, mas a Air flyer estava com cesto todo enferrujado.
