The place and amenities were very comfortable.
It would be good if the reservations are handled more professionally.
It can be really annoying with looks from the staff(a male person)who was there to take our keys. We felt really uncomfortable from his looks. But the property was really uncomfortable. We would like to revisit again but really felt uncomfortable with thst staff and unprofessional handling of our reservation.

The location was perfect, though we had our own wheels, ample and safe parking... Loved the views from the balconies... Comfortable and spacious... Hot water in both facilities and including the kitchen... RO water, Wi-fi and utensils... While it might seem this is what is published, they were all in good condition, clean and set up well... The watchman and the host were very courteous and helpful... Very well setup 2 bedroom apartment that was perfect for my family
This is just nitpicking, a garbage disposal would have been great... I did pack up all my leftovers and the watchman was gracious enough to take care of it, but I would have preferred a few garbage bags on hand...

I must say that It was a perfect Homestay, with all required things available, we even cooked food. I would love to stay again. Must recommend.
The property should have a security guard during the daytime as well.

Room was big including hall
most of the facilities are not available. Kitchen utensils and induction were not available, TV remote was not working. no washing machine or anykind of snacks available which were mentioned. adjacent to our room, there were group of men who stayed and were drinking
