Appartamento fornito di tutto quanto possa occorrere in una CASA dai prodotti per il bagno ai casalinghi. Ben distribuite e arredate a nuovo le stanze. Host disponibile.
Prodotti per la colazione non sufficienti per il numero di ospiti, pavimento non era ben pulito dappertutto (trovati diversi capelli lunghi a terra), aria condizionata rumorosa e...troppe scale!

La struttura
La colazione è del tutto insufficiente: per sei persone abbiamo trovato solo due merendine, quattro vasetti di crema alla nocciola, due pacchetti di fette biscottate e tre succhi di frutta. Nessun latte, nessun prodotto aggiuntivo. Nonostante l’errore sia stato riconosciuto e segnalato alla proprietaria, non è stato fatto nulla per rimediare, neppure dopo aver comunicato in anticipo la presenza di ospiti con intolleranze. Inoltre, sentirsi dire che “con il prezzo pagato la colazione è giusta” èinaccettabile: se nel sito è indicata la colazione inclusa, deve essere garantita adeguatamente, altrimenti andrebbe specificato un costo a parte. Gestire una struttura a distanza con personale non qualificato inevitabilmente compromette la qualità del soggiorno.
