Casa Valentine

The property itself was very beautiful. It was very well equipped. It was extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Amazing views from every room. Kind and friendly hosts. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Parking could be a challenge. But we did manage to find street parking near the property sometimes. We also could find parking down the first bend or second bend down the road. Which was fine for us. There is a parking garage at the road above. We didn’t end up needing it, but it’s nice that it is there.

Beautiful home on 3 levels at the peak of Ibla. We were worried for the parking at first but was quite easy to find. The home was fully furnished and with an eye towards design and arts. We were quite surprised to see this level of detail as in many previous BnBs in Italy were quite rough and minimally decorated. Next door on the terrace we had dinner at a pleasant italian restaurant. Waking up and looking through the windows was probably one of the highlights: like an oil painting from the renaissance. Great Stay in a great country.

The weather could have been better. We had many sunny days but some chilly ones too.

Casa Valentine felt like a home away from home. Every detail has clearly been considered for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal as a base to explore Ragusa, nearby Baroque towns, and the surrounding beaches.

The narrow streets in these old towns can seem a little daunting at first, but with time they become part of the charm—and perfectly manageable.
