Home In Highland Park

Very convenient location. Had everything we needed.

It was somewhat clean, pleasant and comfortable enough. The downstairs bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The location was very convenient for us.

We had an issue with the TV that couldn't be resolved over the phone. They offered to come over to see if it could be resolved, but they were 20 minutes away so we didn't want them to have to do that. We just made do without the TV. As an older person with back issues and arthritis in my legs and hips, it was difficult to navigate the steep narrow staircase to get upstairs where the bathroom was.

The location, affordable and cleanliness.

Downstairs was very nice, very clean, great furnishings, beds were comfortable

your property will present much better when you have a chance to finish the bathroom. A simple outlet box extension and oversize faceplate will fix the ugly outlet with ram sheetrock edges, and a fresh coat of gloss white enamel will brighten up the grody trim & wall radiator. The plug-in bug repeller is apparently not effective since we gathered up many silverfish but there are easy & effective ways to irradicate them.
