The new Ortus at Bahria Phase-7 is very good. We stayed in their newly established rooms. Every amenities were brand new and modern. The room was clean. The caretaker staff was cooperative. The location is also good with variety of eateries nearby. Also, foodpanda services are also available at the appartment door step. It is best option for families specially with babies, where kitchen facility is essential.
The management is very transparent. They have priorly informed about uncertain load shedding issues. However, during my 2 nights stay i haven't encountered power outage.
The room windows/balcony door have blinds. The room lightens up with sunlight early morning and its glare is very uncomfortable if you try to asleep. The Ortus management may consider replacing window blinds with curtains
