While it was on a busy street, the hotel was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There was easy access to public transportation via a nearby bus stop that took us to the Termini Station and other popular locations in Rome. There were several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The assigned host communicated with us fairly well and gave good, understandable instructions.

On our first night there was a sewage backup. The shower and sink would not drain, and the toilet would not flush. The next day we were informed that the line was clogged in the facility and that they would fix the problem as soon as possible. We must note that we realize that this was a problem beyond the control of the hotel and had to do with the plumbing of the building. The host communicated very well with us, the problem was resolved and we were able to take showers the next evening. Also, on one afternoon, the elevator was not working. This caused us to have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. In addition, there is an inadequate amount of towel racks to hang used towels. Other than those issues we were able to have a pleasant stay. Since I didn't get a chance to personally meet the host, I chose a straight face.

Absolutamente todo, la atención de Ingrid 10/10, alessio súper atento, una ubicacion perfecta, con transporte accesible a cualquier lugar, habitación pequeña pero lo suficientemente cómoda.

Nada malo que agregar.

La posizione è sicuramente molto buona, e lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. La camera in ordine e pulita.

Purtroppo ci sono stati dei disguidi con la doccia. Purtroppo il doccino non aveva alcun tipo di pressione rendendo la doccia non confortevole.
