Es la segunda vez que paramos en Porta Pia Stay. Muy limpio y con los elementos justos para nuestra estadía de una noche. 2 latas de agua fresca, 6 cápsulas de café y 4 saquitos de té diferentes para dos personas una noche. Es un gran detalle que resuelve el desayuno rápido que necesitábamos y el café antes de dormir. La climatización también óptima. Un aire acondicionado de calidad que sólo con la ventilación hacía que la habitación esté fresca.

La presión de agua de la ducha podría mejorarse. Tal vez cambiando el cabezal de ducha porque el que había era muy grande, y en el cabezal chiquito y el lavabo se notaba que la presión era buena. Agregaría también algún gancho más para colgar toallas y un mini tender, con las altas temperaturas tuvimos que ducharnos más de una vez y no sabíamos cómo extender las toallas grandes para que se sequen. Usamos la silla pero sería mejor un objeto dedicado. Un gancho para colgar el papel higiénico también sería bueno que consideren colocarlo. Aún con estos detalles mejorables fácilmente que ya conocíamos de la estadía anterior, volvimos a elegir este lugar por el servicio que en conjunto es excelente en relación precio-calidad

While it was on a busy street, the hotel was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. There was easy access to public transportation via a nearby bus stop that took us to the Termini Station and other popular locations in Rome. There were several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The assigned host communicated with us fairly well and gave good, understandable instructions.

On our first night there was a sewage backup. The shower and sink would not drain, and the toilet would not flush. The next day we were informed that the line was clogged in the facility and that they would fix the problem as soon as possible. We must note that we realize that this was a problem beyond the control of the hotel and had to do with the plumbing of the building. The host communicated very well with us, the problem was resolved and we were able to take showers the next evening. Also, on one afternoon, the elevator was not working. This caused us to have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. In addition, there is an inadequate amount of towel racks to hang used towels. Other than those issues we were able to have a pleasant stay. Since I didn't get a chance to personally meet the host, I chose a straight face.
