- Great for Families (3 Bedrooms / 3 Level)
- Multi-Language Booklet for using Kitchen Appliances / Laundry / AC etc was very helpful
- Easy Check-In (similar to an Air BNB Lockbox)
- Great Facilities within the property
- Central in Onna
- Easy to Locate
- Great Location for Sunset Views
- Late Check-In (why is it 4pm?). Surely it can be earlier?
- At least one bedroom should be a master with a larger Queen/King Bed (Bedroom size is large enough to accommodate).
- No communication through 3rd party website - All done through 3rd party, which isn’t necessarily bad but can make finding check-in detail “more difficult”
- Unit 13 has minimal privacy around the pool - visible from car park / general driveway area.
