Well presented flat, pleasant and spacious. Very good for a group. Great check-in instructions + felt very safe and secure. Stayed after an event at wembley so worked well for us. 2 bathrooms was definitely a help. Water pressure was excellent. Messaged host regarding a lost item and they were very responsive and helpful, thank you!
Could be an "us" / exhaustion problem, but couldn't figure out how to assemble the sofa bed. In the same vein, whilst there were spare pillows + duvets, we couldn't find spare sheets + pillowcases for the sofa bed. Had to borrow pillows from the normal beds and sleep without any cover - it was a warm night so not the end of the world - but definitely could have been more comfortable! I will say that given the late hour we didn't want to contact to ask about it but based on the communication I'm sure we'd have been able to resolve it if we had set the sofa bed up earlier in the evening :)
