Great location for a short stay. It is in a French quarter with wide pedestrian walks, which is needed in Vietnam for a European tourist without a personal motocycle... Entrance is trough a nail salon across beautiful Ho Guom Opera House, so it is kinda secure. Apartment is located on the second floor next to a bar Cinema-someting, but I havent't heart a sound grom there, nor seen any people, given that I stayed there over a weekend. Sleeping space is on the second floor with a high staircase. Bathroom utilities are also two HIGH stairs up from the floor. So if you have troubled knees or kids, that is not an option.

There is a window, but it is mostly covered and you will see a glimpse of a tree and a view to an Opera House. You also need to use an airconditioning, windows are locked due to a low floor and bad air quality, I guess. WC is NOT inside the apartment, but accross the wide stairs. It fuctions with a code, so I guess it is private. Saying that, I have not seen a person while going there. Staircase itself is kinda dark though, so you should carry a light. There is no fridge, just a cooling machine which one can find in a hotel. No coffee cups or cultery as well! Only a knife and sticks, plates, etc. Although I managed to make a tea in a glass.

Proche de la vieille ville, très bien situé. L’homme qui nous a accueilli fût très gentil, nous avons eu un problème de wifi durant notre séjour il a été très réactif en nous faisant venir un technicien. L’appartement est très agréable, propre dans l’ensemble même si quelques recoins mériteraient un coup.

Le vidéo-projecteur est une bonne idée mais malheureusement un peu bancal, les wc sur le palier ne sont pas très pratiques, et l’appartement manque de lumière, mais tout ça n’a rien d’affreux et ne sera pas un frein pour votre séjour !
