Jun Ito Building

We had a good stay at this apartment in Fukuoka. The apartment was spacious and comfortably accommodated all four of us, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It looked exactly like the pictures, which was a great plus. The location was good, although it’s worth keeping in mind that you’ll need to do a fair amount of walking to reach public transport stations and some of the main sights. We didn’t mind this at all and actually enjoyed exploring the area on foot.

The only minor issue for me personally was the ceiling height, as I’m quite tall, so it was something I noticed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend the apartment to others visiting Fukuoka.

1. 兩間獨立房間，且四張單人床，很適合朋友一起居住。 2. 附有洗衣機、洗衣劑、衣架，還有陽台可以曬，解決我們洗衣服的困擾。 3. 住宿附近就有711跟lawson及超市，採購用餐很方便。

1. 雖然一開始就知道沒有電梯要爬4層樓。其實沒有行李真的還好，但如果有行李的話，還是請大家三思。 2. 當初因為想要便宜一些，加上房間符合期待，所以在知道離車站有一定距離的情況下還是預定這間住宿，本來覺得走路10幾分鐘還好，但由於7月的天氣真的太熱，所以還是花了計程車費用前往車站。因此，大家在評估住宿的時候，也記得要將這些隱形成本考慮進去。 3. 客廳偏小，朋友要做再一起用餐聊天比較侷限。且客廳沒有冷氣，所以需要把房間門打開才會涼。

4층에 있는 숙소이고 엘리베이터가 없어서 오르내리기 힘들었습니다 그리고 하가타역과는 조금 거리가 있어요

建物は古いものの清潔にされており、必要な設備は全て設置されていました。

建物そのものの古さに起因するのでしょうが、窓の密閉性が低く、前面道路からの騒音はかなりありました。特に金曜日夜は夜中のごみ収集？や酔っ払いの大声が、「窓を閉め忘れたか？」と思うほどの大きさで聞こえてきました。何らかの方法でこの問題を解決していただけると完璧なのですが…
