هذه الشقة هي اجمل وانظف وارتب شقة سكنتها في سراييفو من بين الشقق والفلل الست التي سكنتها فهي تعبق بالروائح الذكية بسبب المعطرات الالكترونية المنتشرة وبها مكيفين احدهما بالصالة والاخر بغرفة النوم وهذا نادر في سراييفو حيث يكتفون عادة بمكيف واحد بالصالة وبها ميكرويف ضمن المطبخ المجهز تجهيزا كاملا وهناك فرن وثلاجة وغسالة واطلالتها على مكان واسع في البوليفارد فهي تكشف منطقة المواقف والمقاهي واما حسن استقبال صاحبها الاخ آدم فهو استثنائي فهذا الرجل اخلاقه عاليه ومتعاون جدا ومهذب الى اخر درجة وهناك مواقف تحت العمارة مجانا حيث يعطيك المالك كرت دخول المواقف ويتوفر بالاسفل مطعم صغير عربي لسندوتشات البورجر والفلافل والشاورما لكنه ممتاز جدا (فاخر من الاخر) وصاحبه شاب مصري والعمال عرب واسم المطعم PANTER ويوجد ايضا مطاعم اخرى صغيرة ومطعم كبير بالجوار كما توجد سوبر ماركت AMKO وبها كل شيء ومحطة الترام قريب جدا 4-6 دقايق مشي
في اخر العصر والمغرب هناك ازعاج بسيط من النافذة والبلكونه حيث ان بعض السكان الذين لديهم اطفال يجعلونهم يلعبون بالكرة اسفل مما يجلب صراخهم لك وانما هذا ينتهي بحلول الثامنة مساء تقريبا حيث بعد ذلك هدوء
