The apartment is nicely decorated and located in a peaceful area. The host was kind, polite, and responsive in all communications.
There’s a €12 per person charge for linens and towels, so 24€ in total, which wasn’t clearly shown at booking and felt quite steep for a one-night stay. When we asked for it to be waived, the host declined and explained her cost structure, which as guests, isn’t really our concern. The caretaker also made us feel uncomfortable by commenting that people usually stay longer, which made us feel unwelcome even though one-night stays are allowed on the platform. Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and there were no basic amenities provided, no water, soap, or shampoo.
