Bliska odległość do jeziora i lokalnej plaży, domek z osobną sypialnią, miejsce do grillowania , ławki, huśtawka do wyłącznej dyspozycji. Czysto, spokojnie, można zachować prywatność. Miejsce na samochód bezpośrednio przy domku.
Małe mankamenty: brak półeczki pod prysznicem, brak uchwytu na prysznic. W okolicy: brak dobrze zaopatrzonego sklepu spożywczego w pobliżu domków, odległość ok.2-3 km do głównej ulicy Zdrojowej i sklepów z pamiątkami.

Czysto, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką, wszystko co niezbędne jest na wyposażeniu domku. Miejsce parkingowe z tyłu domku.
Muzyka z pobliskiego klubu Gwarek daje się we znaki do późnych godzin nocnych przez cienkie ściany domku. Sąsiednie domki bardzo blisko siebie.
