The property is incredibly well laid out. Lots of various spaces outside of the many bedrooms for people to gather and hang out. Great kitchen located just near the pool. Outstanding outdoor bbq area fully loaded with charcoal and wood. Comfortable seating throughout the property. Check in was veey pleasant and the hosts were friendly and professional. The location is quite isolated so it feels like your own private world within the walls. The rooftop patio was a hit with many of our friends for its fantastic views.
Covered parking for guests would be a bonus. Only had 3 sunbeds, which was a but surprising. Need better quality frying pans, pots and kitchen knives. Need more signage about the very real possibility of slipping and falling as the floors/patio throughout the property are VERY slippery when wet. Although we enjoyed our weekend stay immensely, it's a bit pricey.

The place was absolutely beautiful. The location was excellent—quiet, peaceful, and away from any noise. The light-colored interior created a calm and relaxing atmosphere that was easy on the eyes. The property was spacious and perfect for families, with plenty of facilities and a layout that really suited our preferences and the style of Emirati homes. We especially loved the large, separate men's majlis and the indoor women's majlis located in the heart of the house. Overall, it was a very comfortable and well-designed place.
The only downside, honestly, the maid’s room was quite small considering how spacious the property is. Since large family gatherings are common and many families bring a maid with them, the room may not be practical or comfortable enough.

The place is spacious, beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. We were pleasantly surprised that everything we needed was already there. The utensils, plates, cookware, and cooking essentials were complete, so you basically only need to bring your food to cook. They even provide plenty of drinking water, which was very convenient.
None.
