The bed was super confortable.
1. There was an issue with my payment 2 weeks before our arrival, the sent me a message saying that if I don't pay in the next 2H they will cancel my reservation. I called them, send them an email and around 10 different messages in Booking - Received no answer. Eventually they charged my card again and it worked, the communication was terrible.
2. The kitchen utilities were not clean, you could see some old food in the cutlery.
3. The shower was broken, there was barely any water coming out of it.
There rest was OK.
