Location, pool, amenities, price, response by owner/staff when I brought up issues, pool cleaned during stay
Missing/burnt out light bulbs, AC filters were very dirty and so AC struggled to keep up, bed frames in one room had almost all bolts loose (but owner/staff were quick to respond), cleaning crew did not do good job (food under dinning room rug, trash pieces in bedrooms, etc), cleaning crew showed up prior to check out and waited for us to leave.
