Чудове розташування - 5 хв пішки до історичного центра міста та 10 хв до супермаркету, 10 хвилин громадським транспортом до автовокзалу та залізничного вокзалу. Але водночас досить тихе місце, як вдень така і вночі. Квартира затишна, облаштована зі смаком. Комунікації у справному стані.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Vieles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ÖPNV in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch zum Bahnhof ist es nicht weit. Im Haus ist es ruhig.

Top Lage, sehr Sauber, extrem gute Ausstattung. Angenehmes Wohngefühl, Ruhig und doch fußläufig zum Zentrum.
Wenig Verbessungswürdig, nur leider in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Für junge Beine gar kein Problem, für Menschen mit Behinderung leider nicht geeignet.
